A tinier Iowa casino is the Diamond Jo, a river based casino in Dubuque, with 17,813 sq.ft., 776 slots, and 19 table games. The Catfish Bend river based, in Fort Madison, with 13,000 square feet, 535 one armed bandits, and 14 table games. Another Iowa river boat gambling hall, The Isle of Capri, is available 24 hours, with 24,939 sq.ft., 1,100 one armed bandits, and 24 table games. The Mississippi Belle II, a 10,577 square foot river boat gambling den in Clinton, has 506 slots, 14 table games, live entertainment, and Thursday chemin de fer tournaments.
Iowa casinos provide a great deal of tax income to the state government of Iowa, which has allowed the funding of a lot of state wide projects. Vacationers have grown at an accelerated percentage accompanied with the request for companies and a gain in working people. Iowa gambling halls have contributed to the growth of the market, and the affection for gambling in Iowa is widespread.
